Setup (5 minutes)

1. Duplicate Quantic Study OS (⋯ → Duplicate).
2. Clear or keep a few [DEMO] rows in Courses / Modules / Assignments / Study Blocks / Resources.
3. Pin the duplicated home in your sidebar Favorites.

Daily loop

1. Open Mission Control on the home page — Module statuses + Modules list + Assignments.
2. Open tonight and log one study block — that is the whole habit. Use the Focus strip (clock + Pomodoro) when you sit down.
3. Drag modules Not started → In progress → Review → Done as you move through lessons.

Agent hook

Notion is the desk. Grok Bot / Muse fill rows. Paste a syllabus PDF or weekly email and have the agent write Courses / Modules / Assignments.
